Entering & Exiting

Once you book a tee time on your account in the Whoosh App,  the app will send you a unique code when booking is made.  This code will work on the main door and the door of the room you booked. 

• Code will work 5 minutes prior to tee time and 10 minutes after booking window. 

• Overage Time: You may use up to 15 extra minutes unless the time is reserved. If you stay longer, you must book a new slot; otherwise, you may be charged for at least one hour at a higher hourly rate.

• You can invite guests to join your reservation on the Whoosh App or manually share the door code with them. 

• Once in the room you reserved, turn on the projector first (takes a minute to warm up)

  • When finished golfing and leaving the room:            

  • Turn off projector

  • Turn off TV (if used)

  • Clean up after yourself (Leave the room like you found it)

  • Remove all personal belongings (remember you won’t be able to unlock the door with your code after your booking)

  • Turn off light switches by the door. 

  • Make sure both main door and room door are not propped open when you leave
