Molligans RULES & REGULATIONS

Golf is a dangerous sport. The following rules and regulations are to protect the safety of our members and the equipment in the facility. Please be a respectful member. Following these rules and regulations is a condition of membership. Member is responsible for room condition and all equipment.

 

  • Members must be present in room with guests and children

  • Members shall not be under 18 years of age

  • Members shall not book the room and give access to non-members while not present

  • Member agrees to cancel a tee time more than 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Members agree to abide by timeframe or scheduled tee time.  If room is still available after scheduled tee time and you would like to continue golfing, get on the app and book the appropriate available time to extend your stay.  If there is nobody else scheduled to come in after you, a 15-minute buffer will be granted.  If you are in the room longer than the 15-minute buffer, you are subject to be charged 1.5x the normal rental rate. 

  • Only one person hitting at a time in simulator

  • Hit balls into screen only

  • Do not swing a club outside of simulator hitting area

  • Pay attention, clubs can slip out of players’ hands and balls can fly back at golfer and/or guests if the ball strikes something other than the screen

  • No food or drink in hitting bays

  • Do not damage the room or the equipment

  • Clean up after yourself and guests (leave the room like it was when you got there, so the next tee-times get to have the same experience)

  • No smoking – No Vaping

  • No underage drinking is allowed

  • No golf cleats worn in room – clean shoes only

  • No illegal activity in room

  • No pets except service animals

  • Members may be charged up to $300/day for a room that is non-operational due to negligence or a member, guest, or children. 

  • Use special tees provided by Molligans Golf

  • If something is broken or is not working, please, vacate the room, and let management know of any issues there were when you vacated.
